These paintings represent one part of my many years in Rio de Janeiro. Although I was working very hard as an interior architect and designer, there was always time for painting and even a couple of exhibitions.

And… of course there was time for the beach. With its beautiful “girls from Ipanema”. The athletic guys playing all sorts of ball in the sand. The surfers and their surfboards. The beach venders, this one here selling watermelons.
